We supply contract furniture for commercial environments, including restaurants, hotels, cafés, bars and other hospitality venues. Delivery arrangements are agreed at the time of order confirmation.

6. Delivery Inspection

If goods are damaged or incorrect, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect our ability to investigate or resolve the matter.
7. Risk and Responsibility
Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.
Once goods have been delivered and accepted, the customer assumes responsibility for the care and storage of the products.
8. Delays Outside Our Control
Donegal Contract Furniture shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
